Childcare Assistant or Ece

Diploma in Early Childhood Education is preferred; but not necessary. The Day Care supports training to become a ECA or ECE to those selected for the job
- Must be dependable and able to work any shifts. Monday to Friday, 6-8 hrs/ day. Times open are 630am-6pm
- Responsible for children ages 3 months to 12 (ex: change diapers, carry out activities, manage behaviours and assist classroom teachers)
- Cleaning responsibilities of the Day Care
- First Aid Level C, Venerable Sector and Criminal Records must be clean.

Reporting to Administration, your role involves providing hands-on care and support, utilizing your core skills in caregiving and experience with children. Your premium skills in early childhood education and teaching will enhance classroom experiences, while your knowledge of First Aid ensures a safe environment.
