**Your Mission**:
**As Procurement Manager,** you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational success of our purchasing and sourcing functions. You will:
- Develop, implement, and optimize procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and support a high-performing Procurement team with clear goals and coaching.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality purchasing.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, service levels, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor procurement trends, market conditions, and supplier performance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to assess needs and streamline purchasing processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Track key performance indicators and report on procurement outcomes and cost savings.
- Contribute to projects including sustainability and digital transformation initiatives.
**Leadership Responsibilities**:
- Provide direction, set performance goals, and drive accountability across your team.
- Support career development through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture rooted in BioScript’s values.
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- 5-7 years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong background in supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor optimization
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and market analysis techniques
- CIPS or SCMP designation (asset)
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- English proficiency required, French an asset
**Compensation**: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
