AJI Logistics Inc., a proudly Canadian-owned and operated delivery service partner, is seeking **experienced and dependable full-time parcel delivery drivers** to join our growing team in **Sarnia, Ontario**.

We’re looking for motivated, safety-conscious individuals who are ready to deliver excellence every day. If you have solid professional driving experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Position Details**:

- **Location**: Sarnia, ON (or within 45-minute commute)
- **Type**: Full-Time
- **Availability**: Minimum **5 days per week**, from **7:00 AM** (Weekday availability preferred)
- **Shift Length**: 8-10+ hours/day
- **Start Date**: Immediate openings available

**Requirements**:

- Valid **G-Class Driver’s License**:

- **Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience**:

- **Three (3) references** required
- Clean 3-Year Driving Abstract (no major violations)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding, time-sensitive environment
- Legally eligible to work full-time in Canada

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely scan, load, and deliver up to 300+ parcels per shift
- Follow company delivery protocols and safety standards
- Operate vehicles responsibly in all road and weather conditions
- Represent AJI Logistics with professionalism and excellent customer service

**What We Offer**:

- **Starting Pay**: $17.25/hour
- **After 3 Months**: $18.00/hour _(Based on performance, reliability, and consistency)_
- **After 1 Year**: $19.00/hour _(Based on performance, reliability, and consistency)_

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
