Greenbridge Foodservice is looking to add a full-time **Marketing & Customer Service Manager** to our Kitchener office. This is a 16 month contract role (maternity leave coverage), with a strong possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role as our team continues to grow.

**About the role**:
You will make an impact to the Greenbridge team by:

- Managing the Customer Service and Marketing teams (currently 3 direct reports, but this may grow); elevating team performance through goal setting and feedback, and guiding operational improvements for these teams.
- Accountability for the day-to-day functioning of the Brand Points Plus loyalty program, delivered through the Marketing and Customer Service teams, including ownership of the content calendar, managing the development and delivery of numerous marketing assets, and acting as the key point of contact for customer service issue escalation.
- Assessing the success of our marketing initiatives and taking action to improve performance where appropriate (using a variety of sources including internal data, paid ads, Google ads, A/B testing etc.)
- A degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, including hands on digital marketing experience.
- Exposure to marketing related analytics.
- Previous people management experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exposure to the food service industry would be a bonus.
