Job Overview

**Responsibilities**:
Install custom cabinetry and millwork on-site, ensuring precise fit and quality finishes.

Interpret and work from layouts, millwork drawings, and specifications.

Assist in cabinet making and assembly in the shop when not performing installations.

Perform general shop tasks as required, including preparation, maintenance, and cleanup.

Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in cabinetry installation and millwork.

Ability to read and interpret layouts, millwork drawings, and specifications.

Proficiency in using tools and equipment required for cabinet installation and assembly.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to on-site challenges.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cabinet making or related woodworking tasks.

Knowledge of safe handling practices for tools and materials.

Work Environment

This position involves a combination of on-site installation and shop work. Flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks are essential.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
