What you’ll be doing:

- Daily Maintenance of Inventory ERP system to ensure it is highly accurate.
- Daily review of product movement forecasts based on cyclical needs and availability, market trends, and probability of anticipated sales.
- Request refunds from vendors to compensate for losses incurred with damaged product and work with finance to reconcile accounts with suppliers, vendors and transportation companies. Verify inventory status and delivery schedules.
- Verify pricing via matching purchase orders to customers. Verify vendor invoice reconciliations.
- Sourcing for new ingredients and secondary suppliers for current active ingredients
- Negotiate and writing simple deals, recommending terms and conditions for contracts that agreed upon by senior management.
- Provides and updates all reports applicable for monthly material purchases, commodity prices, market trends and import schedules
- Meets purchasing financial objectives by costing forecasted requirements analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Meets inventory control financial standards by; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.

What should you have:

- Previous working experience as a Procurement Manager for at least 3 years
- Food Manufacturing Industry experience
- Understanding of large scale production and assembly
- Understanding of HACCP and basic food safety standards
- Current in the latest food production techniques
- Ability to work in temperature controlled environment

**Salary**: $62,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
