Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Standardizing and developing policies and procedures
- Standardizing forms & filing procedures
- Developing Best Practices
- Handling customer issues and following through with Property Managers
- Portfolio Management
- Tracking and reporting on compliance requirements
- Monitoring and Updating FINTRAC Compliance Program
- Preparing Proposals and Management Agreements for new clients
- Maintain & update various lists and databases
- Record Keeping - Ensure accurate & comprehensive records of properties are maintained
- Administer company policies
- Assist with ads posting on social media through Hootsuite and other platforms
- Work on property brochures and welcome letters
- Organize staff functions
- Promote staff engagement through health and wellness initiatives
- General assistance to the Chief Executive Officer
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

- At least 2 (two) years of office administration in Real Estate Industry (Strata, Trading or Rental Management)
- A resourceful thinker with exceptional time management and organizational skills who is always up for a challenge
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as within a team environment
