**What you’ll do**

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Business Technology Platform, Technical Support

Location: Vancouver, BC

Expected Start Date: August 2025

Contract Duration: 8 months

Work Hours: 40 hours/week

- aster SAP software that is being used by industries, governments and multinational companies around the globe.P
- articipation in After Hours Support & Weekend shifts as scheduled.

**What you bring**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

- xcellent English communication skills (written and spoken).E
- xcellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills.S
- trong team player and collaborative mindset for a global team.E
- njoy working directly with customers through phone, chat, screensharing and case management system.2
- to 5 years of relevant experience - software support or systems administration for enterprise-level software systems or cloud services, and/or databases such as HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 and/or web services technologies such as XML, HTTPS, and SAML.E
- xperience with Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, or AIX systems.E
- xperience with SAP ERP Systems would be beneficial. P
- rior customer service or customer support experience preferred.
