Be a key member of our Commercialization team by delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and engaging with our followers in our social media community. Collaborate with our Creative Brands team to execute on any special incentives promoting our internal brands to our consumer base.

Motif Labs is a licensed cannabis extraction facility located in SW Ontario. Motif has 3 top-selling internal brands BoxHot, Floresense and Debunk. As well as operating a business-to-business enterprise, offering toll processing and contract manufacturing serviced to Licensed Producers (LP’s) and 3rd Party Brands. Motif is experiencing significant growth and we are seeking dynamic and professional individuals to join our team. **Position Overview**:

- Manage customer service responses and coordination of all Motif Lab’s internal brands maintaining an upbeat and personable tone
- Ensure each client is heard and the problems and issues are understood adequately; go above and beyond in maintaining the integrity of the brands
- Work with operations and quality assurance to generate any technical responses for frequently asked questions as required
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to determine course of action for each problem; file complaints and resulting action items with attention to detail escalating when necessary
- Assist with mailing product replacements, swag, or other items as required to rectify any relationships or issues

**Qualifications**:

- Experience within the Cannabis industry is considered an asset
- Demonstrated resiliency in dealing with a variety of customer complaints
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills including ability to multitask and prioritize
- Prior experience demonstrating initiative and ownership of work and willingness to learn
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Hybrid model where you will be required to work on site with flexibility to work from home 1-2x per week
- Office Location: Aylmer, Ontario facility (40 min East of London, ON)
