**Duties**
- Prepare a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies according to established recipes.
- Decorate cakes and other baked items with artistic flair to enhance presentation.
- Ensure all food handling and kitchen safety regulations are strictly adhered to during the baking process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Package finished products for sale or distribution while ensuring quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer demands and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of baking ingredients and supplies.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a restaurant or bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Proficiency in cake decorating techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- A passion for baking and creativity in food preparation is essential.
