Our comprehensive range of programs and services relies on collaborative relationships with individuals, businesses, community groups and government bodies to create focused, effective and responsive resources for the community._**

**Position Overview**:
Are you passionate about making a real impact in your community? We’re seeking a compassionate and driven **Mobile Outreach Worker** to connect with individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. In this dynamic role, you will build trust, provide vital support, and work closely with community partners to help people access the services they need—right where they are.

**Qualifications**:
Key qualifications include First Aid and Naloxone training, crisis response experience, knowledge of community resources, and a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with access to a reliable vehicle. The role requires flexibility, risk awareness, ethical practice, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Additional assets include Food Safe and Violence Prevention Training.

This role requires the incumbent to undergo a Police Information Check (PIC), and a Vulnerable Sector Check by the Ministry of Justice.
- An eligibility list may be maintained for up to six months. Eligible applicants may be offered a casual position. _
