Charlottetown, Canada Sports Centre Physiotherapy Full time

The role of the Clinic Manager is to serve as a liaison between the administrative staff, therapists and management and is responsible for the operations of the clinic. Sports Centre Physiotherapy is looking for someone extremely organized, with excellent communication skills, a proven track record of leadership, and problem solving skills. A knowledge and passion for health care is an asset in this role. This person must have a firm understanding of each employee’s role and how the clinic operates as a whole. Duties are wide-ranging and fluctuate given the circumstances at hand, but include:

- developing schedule for administrative assistants
- entering therapists’ schedule into computer program
- scheduling and overseeing staff meetings
- actively involved in hiring and training of new staff
- implementing policy change
- payroll
- tracking staff vacations, education allowances, time off, treatment stats, etc.
- bookkeeping duties
- maintaining office supply and product inventory

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management or other related fields.
- 2 years' experience in a management position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
