Saige Homecare is currently looking for a caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for a client in a facility in SW Calgary.
Open availability preferred as there are daytime, evening and potentially overnight shifts available.
Driving is not required.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you would work under the supervision of our Registered Nurses and provide professional nursing care to the resident.
- Active LPN License in good standing with CLPNA
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Current Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (Completed in the last 6 months)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, problem solving and organizational skills
- Access to a computer and cell phone
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and to complete assignments in a timely manner

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Performing specialized nursing procedures
- Ability to follow Care Plan
- Complete comprehensive client assessments
- Observation, Documentation, Reporting and Charting of client conditions and changes
