BRIEF SUMMARY OF POSITION AND TEAM

The Integration Functional Analyst will work hand-in-glove with the Application Integration Architect Lead to extract meaningful business and functional requirements through engagement and document these requirements in a standardize process driven format. The role will be a key contributor to ensure the integration solutions are robust, reliable and scalable to support McCain’s digital journey. This role will collaborate with IT and the business to define functional requirements and ensure those requirements are met throughout the SDLC.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Work with stakeholders, partners and vendors to develop, define and implement integration solutions that are functionally driven
- Assist with solution discovery, business needs analysis, conceptual design and planning.
- Create documents that translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and non-functional specifications
- Ensure clear communication and handover of requirements to architecture teams and maintain ongoing business engagement throughout delivery to ensure the solution is fit for purpose
- Monitor the integration solutions and measure the effectiveness to ensure the required outcome is achieved
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, updates.
- Participate and support various testing cycles (Unit Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing)

**Qualifications**
- University degree in Computer Science (or related field of study) or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst
- Good project management skills or exposure to project based work structures, project life cycle
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to collaborate on functional design document with different stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, prioritization, and organization skills
- Comfortable operating under uncertainty and tight timelines
