**Overview**:
To be a professional Housekeeper able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. With the goal to create a clean and orderly environment for our residents that they are proud to call home.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Provide cleaning services to ensure apartments, interior and exterior, public and common areas, and business offices are in a safe, neat, clean and attractive condition.
- Provide floor care services for all floor surfaces.
- Respond to resident pull cords or pendent calls by wearing a pager while on duty
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Provide property oversite when “live in” staff is off by carrying the emergency phone and responding to emergencies as required
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, or disturbances
- Deal with resident complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and notify supervisor when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

**Qualifications**:

- Genuine enjoyment and heart for serving seniors;
- Strong attention to detail and quality;
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Current (within 6 months) original and acceptable Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Screen
