**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista/Customer Service Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting customers with their orders, making amazing espresso beverages and other duties as required

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and food preparation.
- Assist in food service operations, ensuring that all food safety standards are met.
- Manage cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Provide timely assistance to customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the service area.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the food industry or food service sector.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures.
- Strong math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and team members.
- A willingness to help others and resolve issues promptly.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation processes is a plus.
