Edmonton, Canada Dr Martens Full time

Dr Martens in West Edmonton Mall is looking to hire a seasonal Sales Associate, working approximately 25-35 hours per week. This location is owned and operated by the gravitypope brand.

Sales Associates in Dr Martens are responsible for creating an atmosphere on the sales floor that fosters client connection, retention, and loyalty.

Compensation is based on position responsibilities, relevant experience, job-related skills, location, and performance. This role is also eligible for sales incentive earnings in addition to base pay. **Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Developing, maintaining, and growing a personal repeat client base
- Actively working to reach individual and store sales goals
- Staying up-to-date on all product knowledge, company information, promotions, and campaigns
- Performing store operational duties, such as cleaning, stocking shelves, shipping and receiving, as required
- Acting as an ambassador and bringing positive recognition to the Dr Martens/ gravitypope brand
- 1+ years experience in an elevated service environment
- 1+ years experience in a fashion retail setting preferred
- Superior customer service skills
- Genuine love of fashion
- Familiarity with Dr Marten's product, clientele, and brand
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, as well as ensure a high quality of work completed within an acceptable timeframe
- High attention to detail
- Self motivated and goal oriented
- Capable of working independently and with others in a collaborative process
