- Job Description:_

Reporting to the Manager of Credit and Collections, this position is responsible for the reconciliation of accounts receivable customer accounts and making customer courtesy calls. Responsibilities include payment reconciliation, credit analysis, collection, and follow-up of customer accounts.
- Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:_
- Analyze invoices, debit and credit memos.
- Resolve billing disputes with customers.
- Make customer collection calls.
- Reconcile payments to customer accounts.
- Submit regional customer adjustments to AR.
- Work closely with Manager of Credit and Collections regarding payment issues.

- Minimum two (2) years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and Accounts Receivable experience is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and efficient with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Possess strong analytical skills
