In this position, you will represent the department, make strategic decisions, and act as a product leader to maximize the value of your projects for the sector in a timely manner.

**Your role**:

- Act as product owner (PO - according to Scrum/Agile methodology) in complex projects
- Be in charge of delivering new features your product and help implement the solution development roadmap
- Have a well-prioritized, coordinated vision that delivers the most added value while taking into account any constraints or interdependencies with other projects or sectors (e. g. multichannel orientation).
- Lead projects in multidisciplinary teams by representing clients' best interests and bringing added value to the Bank
- Continuously improve and adjust products to enhance the client experience, increase the accessibility of our services, and develop our banking solutions in order to meet our clients' current and future needs
- Inform stakeholders (including senior managers and executives) about the progress of initiatives and the status of solutions and influence them by effectively sharing your product vision and information about complex situations
- Innovate and keep abreast of market trends related to product evolution to propel the Bank's transformation

**Competencies Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience OR master’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience OR university certificate/undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program and 9 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in Agile project management
- Experience in delivering online solutions as a Product Owner (PO)
- Experience in business analysis and process review
- Good knowledge of the processes used by the Agile team (Disciplined Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or other)
- Bilingualism (English and French) required because you will work with partners and clients across Canada
