**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
- Ensure compliance with ASPE, IFRS, and Canadian Auditing Standards
- Review and finalize working papers, financial statements, and audit deliverables
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues and provide value-added insights
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior staff throughout engagement cycles
- Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
- Identify engagement risks and propose practical solutions
- Use CaseWare and QuickBooks for file preparation and financial reporting

**Qualifications**:

- CA, CPA, or equivalent accounting designation (or in final stages of completion)
- 3-4 years of progressive audit experience, with Big Four experience preferred
- Solid technical knowledge of ASPE, IFRS, and Canadian Auditing Standards
- Proficient in CaseWare, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a team
