**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support sales initiatives by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions and record-keeping.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires, contributing to team growth.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Proven ability in training development to enhance team performance.
- Time management skills to ensure efficient task completion.
- Sales experience is highly desirable, demonstrating an ability to drive revenue growth.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
