**Process Transformation Partner, Business Transformation**:

As a direct contributor on the Business Transformation - Enterprise Process and Strategy team, you will be engaged in a collaborative approach to drive process innovation and optimization within our North American Life Reinsurance business and challenge the status quo. Working with senior leaders, team members, global IT, and third party providers, you will serve as a cross-functional process optimization expert on internal reengineering projects, leveraging your expertise in business process mapping, process mining, customer journey mapping, project management and delivery to continually enhance our business processes and workflows. You will work end to end from opportunity identification through to production deployment or market launch. You will question the norm and promote new and innovative ways to use the latest technologies (e.g. SaaS, A.I., machine learning, Blockchain, IoT, etc.) and other tools to enable our future vision of maximized automation through user configurable tools.

Your job

First and foremost, you will demonstrate a natural desire to provide exceptional client service through your energy, enthusiasm, initiative and innovation focus. In addition, we are looking for the following:
**Six Sigma, Lean, and Continuous Improvement**
- Responsible for identifying and executing breakthroughs in process and system development by utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Introduce and implement structured, disciplined methods and tools for continuous improvement
- Design & deliver material improvements that will enhance the business through people, process and technology
- Use appropriate measurement, analysis and evaluation methods to accurately document improvements
- Enable a continuous improvement culture by driving the current team and culture through business project and program management, data analysis support, and Lean Six Sigma project execution
- Responsible for the implementation of a Center of Excellence (COE) around Business Process Improvement and Optimization
- Leads the operational effectiveness efforts in support of the strategy and KPI grounded business objectives

**Project Management**
- Works with Project Managers to support and drive key business initiatives using project management principles
- Responsible to prepare budgets and monitor financial performance to plan
- Effectively manage a large volume of complex, dynamic and concurrent projects and responsibilities
- Strong leadership presence with ability to marshal cross functional teams towards common goals
- Contribute to a positive environment while being an influential leader who directly supports the Business
- Articulate a big picture view and translate into specific business process deliverables.
- Deliver strong business acumen and problem-solving aptitude to every problem or opportunity

**Stakeholder Management**
- Develop relationships with other stakeholders and senior leaders in the organization and work with them to address topics that impact their responsibilities and ownership
- Prepare and deliver executive reporting relevant to the dynamic audiences via all communication forums
- Share accountability with the primary operational stakeholder for successful improvement projects including defining goals, objectives, implementing measurable outcomes and sustaining gains

**Profile**:
**Qualifications**:
**Six Sigma, Lean, and Continuous Improvement**
- Process Improvement certification (Business Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, Black Belt Certification, etc.).
- Lean, Six Sigma, Black Belt practitioner is a must with strong experience in change management and performance improvement at large global enterprise corporations.
- Strong experience in business process mapping, process mining, process transformation and customer journey mapping in a large-scale global enterprise environment across multiple hardware and software platforms
- Knowledge of process flows (Level 1 - Level 5), business process modelling tools (e.g. Visio)
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience using quality/process improvement methods and tools
- Minimum of 5 years of experience facilitating, coaching and implementing Lean/Six Sigma events and driving major lean transformations with proven results
- A critical thinker who can challenge the business on new ideas and bring an operational excellence perspective

**Project Management**
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Ability to promote teamwork, collaboration, and partnership
- Must be extremely accurate and detail orientated and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex calendars/schedules with ability to coordinate and organize events and special
