We are growing and are looking for an experienced **TASTING ROOM SUPERVISOR (SEASONAL)**, based in West Kelowna, to join the Frind Team. If you have the following experience, please submit your resume today

**What we are looking for**:

- Supervise and lead the Frind Tasting Room team.
- Preference will be given to individuals who have previous wine club membership experience.
- People focused, outgoing, energetic, positive attitude.
- Hands on position in the Tasting Room.
- Work in conjunction with sales goals.
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Provide ongoing feedback and training to sales associates for successful sales transactions.
- Conflict resolution skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Serving It Right Certification
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience & leadership in retail, hospitality, or Food & Beverage environment.
- Advanced wine knowledge from work experience and/or related courses (WSET)
- Wine Direct and POS System experience considered an asset.

**Hours of Work**:
Days, Evenings & Weekends.
