**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Costco French Sales**:

- Sales duties will include preparing and attending all pertinent client meetings, presenting new titles, preparing power points, organizing sales materials, creating key title excel spreadsheets, monitoring Costco orders by sending weekly update to our internal team and assisting in client follow-up to secure orders.
- Sales analysis duties will include overseeing and monitoring all aspects of peer-to-peer vendor POS systems including Gaspard and BNC Salesdata Costco reports. Responsibilities will include updating the POS Weekly Sales grid, sending a weekly sales and inventory report to the Costco buying team and attending weekly meetings to communicate any topical issues to all internal Scholastic parties.
- Other duties will include assisting in title forecasting and reprinting, on-going order tracking, verification and communication of any special customer order needs to all channels (Customer Service, Warehouse, IT, Supply Chain), work orders and assortment/pack set-up, reserve grid maintenance, on-going order monitoring and verification and participation in display meetings. With the help of the Marketing director, coordination of all marketing initiatives (Ad, End-cap, Buyer’s pick, Marketing wrap and Stickers).

**Salons du livre and Educational conferences**:

- Primarily responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of all Salons du livre across Quebec and Eastern Canada: fill in contracts, create and place on time orders for all locations, develop and maintain a good relationship with the Salons’ personnel, warehouse and supply chain staff and the booksellers that are selling our books. Analyze sales and returns.
- Coordinate trade show/conferences tracking grids to facilitate existing account and new account follow-up, responsible for initiating new account set-up, send order to CS and liaise with Operation. Assist with the organization of trade shows and special events. Attend shows as needed.

**Support**:

- Co-ordinate all aspects of the ‘mascottes’ events.
- Displays --- reserve grid maintenance, on-going order monitoring and verification, due dates extension requests and participation in display meetings.
- Metadata and product sheets for Prologue.
- Other duties as assigned.

**job requirements**:

- Bilingual French / English
- B.A. or equivalent with 1-2 years related work experience.
- Ability to juggle projects and work both independently and as a team.
- Some evening and weekend work.
- Knowledge and interest in Children’s books, authors and book media.
- Advanced Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, basic keyboarding, computer processing etc.)
- Detail-oriented.
- Problem-solving techniques.
- Submit and maintain a current Vulnerable Sector Check.
