**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage in business development initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales or account management is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in technology sales is highly desirable.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service, fostering long-term relationships.
