As a growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider, we help companies move freight across North America. To keep up with increasing demand, we’re looking for motivated professionals who are ready to make an impact, close deals, and grow with us.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Make outbound calls daily** to identify leads and secure new business.
- Build a book of business by forming strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Customize freight solutions and negotiate rates and service terms.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from first contact to post-delivery follow-up.
- Hit key performance metrics and consistently drive results.

**Note**: Cold calling is a core part of this role early on. As your client base grows, your focus will naturally shift to account management and retention.

**What You Bring**
- A strong work ethic and the drive to make high-volume outbound calls daily.
- A competitive mindset and the discipline to thrive in a goal-driven environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- No logistics background? No problem — full training is provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
