**Position Description**

As a Field Service Technician, you play a crucial role in our service support team, dedicated to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility is to respond to customer needs on-site in your designated area, communicating openly and effectively to find appropriate solutions.

Your tasks involve addressing customer inquiries and resolving various on-site issues. You'll be adept at identifying when to seek additional support and will proactively manage and prevent problems. Your technical expertise, combined with formal training or significant experience in tech systems, equips you to deliver timely solutions and maintain customer confidence.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Providing on-site service for electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conducting hardware maintenance, installations, network management, multi-vendor maintenance, and software support.
- Handling a variety of products, such as peripherals, servers, communications equipment, and networks, using your technical skills to resolve issues.
- Cultivating strong relationships based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with both customers and colleagues.
- Conducting routine maintenance, repairs, and preemptive measures to prevent technical problems.
- Recording customer information for invoicing and maintaining high-quality service standards.

**Desired Qualities**:

- Strong communication skills, commitment to meeting customer needs, and attention to detail in record-keeping.
- Comfort with a challenging role, taking responsibility, and working efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to travel within the specified region.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including driving, carrying equipment, and working with various tools.

**Requirements**:

- Up to three years of related experience, preferably with certifications like A+ and basic electronic and networking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, systems architecture, database management, and network systems.
- Flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call duties to ensure customer satisfaction.

Please note that this role involves daily dispatch on a call-by-call basis and on-site work at customer locations and local offices.

Pay: $47,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
