**About Us**:
DLG Farm Drainage specializes in agricultural drainage solutions, helping farmers maximize field productivity through expert tile drainage installation. We are growing and looking to add motivated, hardworking individuals to our team in the Elmvale area.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Tile Drainage Stringer Wagon Operator / Labourer to assist with installing field drainage systems. You will primarily operate a tile stringer wagon, assist with site preparation, load/unload materials, and perform general labour tasks.

Note: Some work will require being away from home during the week, but you will be home on weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a tile stringer wagon to feed drainage tile into the plow or trencher
- Assist in setting up and tearing down job sites
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
- Perform general labour duties, including measuring, marking, and trench work
- Maintain and inspect equipment daily
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Assist the crew with other drainage installation tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Experience operating agricultural or construction equipment is an asset
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license (Class AZ/DZ license an asset)
- Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
- Willingness to travel for work during the week when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 80 per week
