**Your Opportunity**

In the Innovation Office, the Digital Technology & Innovation team is composed of digital experts who conduct research and development to keep our teams—and our client’s projects—ahead of the technological curve. They implement established technologies and find emerging solutions for all business lines (Buildings, Energy & Resources, Environmental Services, Infrastructure, and Water), bridging existing knowledge domains and facilitating the integration of powerful tools and methods. The team’s goals are to digitalize our organization, support Stantec’s digital transformation, and to increase the capacity of our designers, engineers, and scientists, providing higher-quality results and solutions to our clients.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for a results-driven Design/Delivery Leader, who will:

- Lead, monitor, and supervise the Design/Delivery team, aligning the group to the Digital Technology and Innovation goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the group to perform at their optimum, working efficiently together and maximizing the team’s potential.
- Motivate and inspire the Design/Delivery group by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, collaboration (both within the Design/Delivery group across the broader DTI team as a whole) and demonstrates flexibility.
- Display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and across the organization.
- Understand the business strategy and work with business leaders to identify and prioritize problems that design automation, digital twin, BIM, and CAD technologies are suited to solve. Effectively communicate these ideas to others and be a collaborative partner to our business line stakeholders and team members.
- Consult and lead on design/delivery technology and custom solutions for the company. Help to incubate innovative design/delivery ideas that flow through the business.
- Assist on initiatives and efforts, as part of a collaborative team, with your BIM, CAD, digital twin, and computational design expertise.
- Ensure alignment on short-term delivery goals and long-term project roadmaps with clear articulation of expected value and how the work is to be prioritized.
- Assist with the development of documentation, standards, best practices, and workflows for design/delivery hardware/software in use across the business.
- Coordinate any software and network support needed with the IT group as it relates to design/delivery technology.
- Present periodic DTI TechTalk (internal company) webinars throughout the year on the topic of design/delivery technology, and present externally as needed.
- Assist with internal and external marketing and business development descriptions and activities
- Other miscellaneous tasks associated with being a member of the Digital Technology & Innovation team and tasks.
