Overview:
**Job duties and accountabilities**:

- Works in partnership with the Field Manager to achieve monthly team targets
- Maintains personal sales results within the top performance quartile
- Facilitates in-office team meetings in coordination with the Field Sales Manager
- Leads in-field touch points with peers, to effectively communicate and achieve team goals
- Provides weekly coaching and support to peers, submitting 3 coach logs per week
- Attends weekly coaching calls with the Field Sales Manager and Regional Manager
- Provides additional motivational tactics to achieve sales goals
- Drives best practices that support sales engagement
- Participates in the Field Sales Leadership certification program quarterly developmental summits
- Attends weekly Assistant Field Manager meetings with Sales Managers
- Assists the Field Sales Manager with equipment retrievals

**Qualifications**:

- Strong people leadership and communication skills
- Unbiased attitude and a willingness to help others grow professionally
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

**Requirements**:

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s)
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job including but not limited to the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions
