**What You Will Be Doing for Ferma**:
As part of Ferma, you will attend selected sessions at IMS 2025 on our behalf. Capture and gather valuable content presented, contributing to our mission of advancing the life sciences industry.

**What We Offer**:

- **Registration for IMS 2025**: We will cover the cost of your conference registration, granting you access to all the sessions, presentations, and exhibits throughout the event.
- **Conference Attendance Certificate**: You will receive an official certificate confirming your participation in IMS 2025. This certificate will add value to your academic and professional profile, demonstrating your commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in life sciences.
- **CA$28 - CA$35 per Hour**: As a part-time attendee, you will be compensated with a competitive rate of CA$28 - CA$35 per hour for your services during the conference - we will ask you to mandatorily attend a few assigned sessions. Any time on the conference days outside of these sessions will be entirely yours.
- **Minimum Paid Hours**:You'll be paid for at least 20 hours provided you attend all the sessions assigned to you.
