**Overview**
At **Temple Dental Wellness**, we are proud to serve the Calgary community with a full range of dental services. Our team works hard to make every patient feel welcome and comfortable. We’re now looking for a **Hygiene Manager (Continuing Care Manager)** to join our team and help lead our hygiene department.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support patients by making their hygiene visits smooth and stress-free
- Work alongside our hygienists to keep the day on track
- Follow up with patients to keep their continuing care on schedule
- Help with insurance confirmations, scheduling, and recall calls
- **Coordinate closely with the Office Manager and share front desk/reception responsibilities.**:

- Be a hands-on leader - visible, approachable, and part of the team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a dental office or hygiene coordination is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with scheduling, patient care, and teamwork
- Knowledge of Dentrix or similar dental software is helpful
- Positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude
- Arabic speaking is an asset.

**Office Hours**
- Monday: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Tuesday: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Thursday: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Saturday: minimum one required
