**About the Job**
**The impact you’ll have**
- Strategic Impacts_
- Build strong partnerships across the organization with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders, to deliver on talent acquisition needs and initiatives.
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies for key roles and the business units supported.
- Actively source talent through creative inbound and outbound recruitment tactics. Build and bring bright new ideas and approaches to the attraction and hiring of talent.
- Manage Vendasta’s Employee Value Proposition and brand in partnership with our corporate marketing and communications team, through a strong talent market pulse.
- Operational Impacts_
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process in alignment with Vendasta’s Hiring Framework and Philosophy to meet the talent needs within the business.
- Participate within community events, career fairs and networking opportunities as a means of driving our employer brand and tailored recruitment strategies.
- Maintain consistent, standardized and efficient talent acquisition reporting and deliver on key metrics and OKRs to drive People Operations’ world-class benchmarks and KPIs.
- Obtain a strong knowledge and understanding of Vendasta’s immigration programs, to ensure best in class talent is hired, in partnership with third parties.
**The value you’ll bring**
- 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably with SaaS experience.
- Prior experience using applicant tracking systems for full-cycle recruitment processes.
- You must have a strong sense of initiative and urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fast-paced environment and agile environment.
- Proven ability to recruit for a wide variety of positions in a global talent market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Degree in business or human resources or equivalent experience will be considered.
