**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinating the implementation of Flight Dispatch systems, including technological enhancements.
- Contributing to the safe and efficient running of the Flight Dispatch section through technology and analysis aimed at continual improvement.
- Develop training to ensure Dispatchers are maximizing potential revenue increases from system/technological changes.
- Liaising with the flight planning system provider (Jeppesen) for system enhancements and regular version changes.
- Maintaining the Jeppesen aircraft performance database.
- Maintaining and optimizing the Jeppesen route Database.
- Maintaining special performance qualifications to support the flight operations standards group. (Boeing PE-201 Operational Performance and Technical Methods - or similar).
- Flight Dispatch liaison with Jeppesen. (Aircraft performance data provider.)
- ASD “Super user” responsible for updating and maintaining user settings and data.
- Identifying and resolving system support problems or requirements which affect flight planning and flight watch activities.
- Collecting data to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.
- Supporting statistical analysis of all flight dispatch activities, including the measurement related to performance, projects and improvement initiatives.
- Holding the highest level Jeppesen Administrator database authority allowing fundamental function, database and OFP content change.
- Representing the Chief Dispatcher during his absence for technological and automation related issues.
- Perform Competency checks on Flight Dispatchers.
- Develop Training material for flight dispatchers.
- Maintain Flight dispatcher currency and perform dispatcher duties when required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What You’ll Need**:

- 3 years of Flight Dispatch experience in a Type “A” Operation Control System.
- Approved Check Dispatcher experience is an asset.
- Supervisory Experience is required.
- Must hold a Restricted Radio Telephone Operators Certificate.
