**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete projects accurately.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks.
- Perform drywall installation and finishing as needed.
- Engage in concrete forming for foundations, slabs, and other structures.
- Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as required during construction activities.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on-site.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and project timelines.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation related to carpentry tasks.
- Knowledge of drywall installation techniques and finishing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking on job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of carpentry work.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
