Part Time

**Saturday and Sunday days**

**Experience**
**Cooking in a professional kitchen with proper equipment, such as a grill, fryer, oven, and dishwasher**
- Setting up and maintaining a kitchen station with equipment, such as a fryer, range, sous-vide, etc.
- Adhering to sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintaining a positive team culture with your team members and communicating when necessary

**Tasks and Duties**
**Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies**
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow executive chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines and safety standards of the kitchen area
- Maintain a positive team culture with your team members and communicate when necessary

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
