ONroute is the proud operator of 23 convenient plazas located along Highways 400 and 401 in Ontario. Our locations are designed to provide travelers with fresh and exciting food and beverage options, gas, and other amenities that improve your travel experience.

ONroute is looking to hire Team Members to join their crew at StarbucksAs a Team Member at ONroute, our top priority is guest satisfaction Whether you are the very first person our guests encounter or stock food, assemble orders, you will have the opportunity to deliver and create exceptional guest experiences.

**Position**: Crew Member (Part-time/Full-time)

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
- Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.
- Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods such as sandwiches, subs and salads etc while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
- Use specific kitchen machinery such as ice cream/beverage dispensers, blenders, and espresso machines to create customized hot and cold beverages to customers’ preferences.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.
- Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.

**Wage**: $15.50 - $16 per hour (Shift Premium Available)

**Available Shift Times**:

- 6:00am - 3:00pm
- 3.00pm - 11:00pm
- 11.00pm - 6.00am
- Other flexible shifts available as well
