You are a creative, empathetic, go-getter who works alongside departmental managers to recruit, on-board, train and develop their respective teams including completing key performance indicators, crafting and delivering human resource policies and effectively utilizing a human resource information system.
You maintain and enhance the organization's ethos with knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, team member relations, safety, team member engagement, and development.
You have an innate ability to manage several tasks by effectively prioritizing and crushing your to-do list. You originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that provide a team-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

**To land this role you need to have;**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- CHRP designation or actively working towards the Designation
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- 2 + years’ experience as a Human Resource Generalist
- Experience with UKG is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong knowledge of current employment law matters, with a strong commitment to diversity management.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- CPR/First Aid certification required prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment.
- All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
