As Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our site team and a strategic partner providing administrative support for multiple levels of leadership and must have a can-do attitude for success and bring positive energy to the team.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

- Perform and coordinate all administrative services.
- Complete a variety of computer-based tasks related to documentation in the appropriate format. Examples include but are not limited to: typing correspondence, memos, and reports; meeting minutes and agendas; tracking referrals; data entry; creating charts, graphs, and reports.
- Order office supplies and maintain centralized system for tracking, purchasing and dispersing office supplies.
- Review, route and process administrative documents.
- Assist with routine checks of office machines and make necessary contacts to keep items in good working order.

Skills And Abilities:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, dependability, and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization required.
- Demonstrated strong Word and Excel skills.
- A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity required.
- Excellent meeting planning and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision under tight time constraints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$21.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
