**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized, including floors, windows, and furniture.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining facilities to meet health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal maintenance.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in commercial cleaning settings.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in various types of facilities, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and facility occupants professionally.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while being a collaborative team player when required.
