Respect, expression, integrity, quality. **Core Qualifications And Required Skills** Full knowledge of 3-Stage buffing - Defect Removal (Heavy Cutting/Buffing) - Paint Refinement - Final Polishing/Jeweling Wet sanding - Remove large scratches and give vehicle a mirror-smooth look. Paint Correction **Scope of Work / Expectations / Job Description**: As an Automotive Detailer your primary responsibilities include providing complete detailing services at B2B partner’s facilities. You will ensure the continued success and profitability of the Company by promoting the highest detailing and customer service standards. Detailing experience is required. Key Responsibilities (for B2B): - Vacuuming / wipe down / interior detailing; - Exterior wash / bug removal; - Buffing / polishing of vehicles; - Getting Client cars to a "showroom finish"; We have a heavy emphasis on efficiency and quality of work as per Vypr Performance standards; Accountable to deliver the Vypr Performance business service standard in a mature, elegant, efficient manor; **You must**: - Provide timely and regular updates of the work being done; - Be extremely punctual and professional within any work setting; - Continuously hold yourself as well as your collegues accountable to the standard of interaction as well as the standard of quality of work; - Openness to learning and potential growth within our company; - Flexibility with work demands and scheduling; - A Valid Ontario Drivers license (G2 / G); **Additional Job Requirements**: - Combination of education and experience equivalent will be considered; - Effective time management skills; - Organized with attention to detail; - Communicates effectively and works well with others; - Good conflict-resolution skills and problem-solving skills; and - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities; - Ability to adapt and work in different environments with different team members.
