_**Position Overview**_

As a member of the Service Department, the Field Operations Administrator supports the Quality Assurance & Service Manager with efficient functioning of the construction/service department through comprehensive administrative, travel, and project coordination. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks and duties, preparing and maintaining reports, organizing data, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Responsibilities Include**:_

Entering service requests into a service database.

Scheduling the work and ordering material for the service crew.

Scheduling appointments with customers and homeowners, as required.

Printing blueprints and documents for construction department.

Acting as a scribe in meetings when necessary.

Ordering tubs/bins based on schedule.

Scheduling subcontractors.

Creating full reports, as required.

Data entry and filing.

Other duties, as assigned.
- **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:_

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Post-secondary education in administration or business an asset.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings and plans.

Knowledge of new home construction and/or the construction industry.

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize.

Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to continuous self-improvement. Self-starter with a highly energetic, results oriented work style. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of honesty and integrity. Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Able to effectively develop and maintain relationships. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
