**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food service.
- Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes in line with restaurant standards.
- Train and manage kitchen staff; provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Maintain food cost controls and manage kitchen inventory and supply orders.
- Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with ownership/management to design and update menu offerings.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance.
- Foster a positive team culture that supports communication and efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of **5 years of proven experience** as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role specializing in **Italian cuisine**.
- Strong background in Italian cooking, including traditional and modern techniques.
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
