**Who we need**

Reporting to the University Registrar, we are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the student registration process from start to end. You will grow your knowledge of our current processes and identify solutions for improvements and implementations. You will partner across the organization with various stakeholders from Academics, IT, Student Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Admissions, and others to gain needs insights. You will coordinate multiple business process projects and all activities related to student registration for our graduate and undergraduate programs. You will oversee project teams, managing timelines and tasks as set out in the registration process.
- This is a hybrid opportunity with the requirement to be available to work on-site in Toronto once or twice a week._

**What you will focus on**:

- Collaborate. You will work closely with all stakeholders on ongoing activities around student registration and maintain transparent, consistent communication. You will take ownership to ensure nothing gets missed and no one is left behind. You will document all tasks relating to student registration and create optimizations for a measurably improved process.
- Manage deliverables. You will set project goals, track progress, and manage scope. You will proactively identify issues and ways to mitigate them, resolving concerns as they arise. You will communicate updates to the team and stakeholders weekly.
- Change management. You will develop consistent, high-quality registration processes that are compliant with regulatory policies and other relevant accreditation agencies.

**What you bring**:

- The education. You have a Bachelor's or higher degree, and you may be PMP or Lean Six Sigma certified.
- The project management skills. You have extensive project management experience, working cohesively with senior administration and stakeholders, faculty, staff, students, government officials and other educational institutions. You have experience planning and delivering projects from end to end. You are a strategic thinker who can deliver on operational planning and departmental objectives. You are a creative problem solver, able to balance and change priorities, anticipate and respond to issues and manage all of the details. Your focus is on accomplishing every milestone while ensuring processes are followed and issues are proactively dealt with.

- The technical skills. You have expertise in MS Office Suite and project management, productivity and communication tools. You are familiar with system integrations and transitions.
