**Field Support Specialist**:
**Description**:Provide support to franchisees and Sales Team operations, including but not limited to: conducting franchisee inventories, making recommendations to reconcile inventory problems, conducting route surveys, responding to priority service issues. Sell and provide services in open routes. Support overall Sales Management team goals.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:

- Basic understanding of some aspects of franchisee operations, for example:

- Inventory management, survey and order process.
- Credit policy and practices, warranty program and Franchise contracts.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office

**Other Requirements**:

- University Graduate or Equivalent degree.
- Willingness to travel on a daily basis
- Enjoy interacting with customers
- Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs occasionally
- Adaptability, Dependability/Reliability and Relationship Building
- Sales Effectiveness, Planning orientation
- Must be bilingual

**Spécialiste d’Assistance sur le Terrain**

**Description**: Fournir un soutien aux franchisés et aux opérations de l’équipe des ventes, incluant mais pas limité au: effectuer des inventaires de franchisés, faire des recommandations pour résoudre les problèmes d’inventaire, effectuer les sondages des zones, répondre aux problèmes de service prioritaires. Vendre et fournir des services sur des routes ouverts. Soutenir les objectifs de l’équipe de gestion des ventes.

**Connaissances, compétences et capacités**:

- Compréhension de base de certains aspects des opérations des franchisés, par exemple
- Gestion des stocks, enquête et processus de commande.
- Politique et pratiques de crédit, programme de garantie et contrats de Franchise.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office

**Autres exigences**:

- Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent
- Volonté de voyager quotidiennement.
- Profitez d’interagir avec les clients.
- Capacité de soulever 50 à 100 livres sur occasion.
- Adaptabilité, fiabilité et établissement des relations.
- Efficacité des ventes, orientation et planification.
- Doit être bilingue.
