**About the Opportunity**:
Our Fulfillment Associate is an entry level role to our organization but an essential part of our multi-disciplinary team, working in the Operations department to assist with the day-to-day processes of assembly, quality control, and shipping. You'll have the opportunity to work with BlackTrax Systems and other cutting-edge technology used in TV, film, stage productions, and major events.

**You Will**:

- Collect and package products based on orders using item numbers, bin locations, and quantities.
- Work closely with our Quality Control teams to identify and resolve any issues prior to shipment.
- Complete order and shipping documentation accurately.
- Track packages through different shipment stages from pickup, transit, to delivery.
- Communicate with brokers, FedEx agents, and/or customers regarding potential delays and work to find ways to clear them.
- Maintain internal, manual, and/or computerized record-keeping systems for shipments.
- Maintain inventory levels of all shipment-related supplies and double check packing lists.
- Load and unload trucks and skids with packages that need to be delivered, using pump trucks or other equipment.
- Assemble and configure BlackTrax systems and assist with other related tasks as needed. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

**You Have**:

- GED/High-School Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a shipping or fulfillment role
- BONUS - Any additional education in supply chain, operations or shipping.

**About the Benefits**:

- Salary: $38,000 - 42,000 CAD annual
