**English Conversation Volunteer (The LACE Program, Learning and Community Enrichment)**
Do you have a passion for learning about other cultures? Would you like to help newcomers through English language practice? Facilitating an ESL conversation practice group may be the right volunteer role for you
In this role, volunteers facilitate discussion groups for 5-15 newcomers with diverse language levels. Volunteers also help newcomers (**adults only**) become familiar with Canadian culture and learn about community resources, which will allow them to integrate successfully and settle into their new community, in a friendly, respectful, and welcoming manner.

The time requirement for this role is 2 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.

**Online**:
We are looking for 4-5 online online only volunteers. You will facilitate and English conversation circle for 1 / 1-5 hours once a week.
**EPL Library Locations**:
**Mill Woods Library - Every Thursday 13:00 - 15:00**
**Calder Library - Every Tuesday 10:00 - 12:00**
**Whitemud Crossing Library - Every Thursday 13:00 - 15:00
