Northwind Heating Ltd is a local family owned and operated HVAC company located in Surrey, B.C. We have been on the industry for 34 years and are well known through out the Lower Mainland. We have an enthusiastic and loyal team and are looking to add a customer service administrator to the family.

Duties Include:

- Answering phones and directing customers to the correct department
- Creating and maintaining customer profiles in the scheduling system
- Entering detailed and accurate client information
- Maintaining office area and supplies
- Working with accounting and sales to meet the needs of clientele
- Assisting the company in any other day to day administration needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SURREY, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
