Receiving emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.

Dispatch alarms to mobile patrol on duty.
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
- Knowledge of guideline for emergency situations.
- Must be able to communicate/ write clearly in English.
- Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Sound judgment, critical thinking, active listener with excellent communication skills.
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
- More than 1 year dispatching experience.
- Must be Canadian citizen to be considered for this position.
- Must have updated security license.
- Must hold a valid security guard license issued by the Ontario Ministry of Community.

Other dispatch experiences can apply.
- Very reliable and show up on time to start your shift.

Experience in the Security Industry is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
