**Responsibilities**:
The Administration/Bookkeeper is responsible for the daily operation of the business Monday to Friday.
- Excellent command of English both written and oral
- Answering phone lines and booking appointment on HVAC program
- Posting and processing all receipts (deposits) and payments (payables)
- Job costing and budgeting
- Monthly reconciliations (General Ledger)
- Government reporting documents (HST preparation, etc.)
- Perform clerical duties, such as letter and report preparation, maintaining filing and record systems
- Strong knowledge of QB online**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in accounting, administration, or other related fields
- Ability to proactively problem-solve, prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Enjoys being part of a small team
**Compensation, Benefits, and Perks**:

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
